Computer Telephony Integration allows your phone system to integrate with your Customer Relationship Management platform. Enjoy features such as Call Popping, having a customer’s record appear on screen as their call comes in, and Activity Logging, which automatically logs a phone call in their customer’s CRM account, which both help to keep better records of your interactions with your customers. You can also utilise Click to Call, enabling you to simply click a phone number on screen to allow your phone to call it.
